- About the Role
- Join a fast-growing manufacturing team in a
- clean, temperature-controlled facility

As a General Production Worker, you'll play a key role in keeping production moving by supporting line operators, handling materials, and helping maintain efficiency and product quality—especially in gummy production. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in being a reliable team player.
- What You'll Do
- + Move materials and products throughout the facility to keep production running smoothly + Unbag, unpack, and prepare raw materials for production lines + Support line operators by supplying materials and clearing finished goods + Load, unload, stack, and transport items safely (frequent lifting up to 50+ lbs) + Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas + Follow all safety procedures, GMP guidelines, and company standards + Assist with general labor tasks and production support as needed + Read labels, follow instructions, and complete basic production documentation + Perform simple math for counting and tracking materials + Work on your feet for up to 10 hours in a fast paced environment •What You'll Bring•+ Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and perform repetitive physical tasks + Comfort standing and working on your feet for full shifts + Basic English reading skills (for instructions, labels, safety info) + Basic math skills (addition/subtraction) + Strong reliability, punctuality, and work ethic + Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in where needed •Preferred Experience•+ 1-2 years in manufacturing or production + Experience with GMP or food-grade production environments + Familiarity with basic equipment or troubleshooting (motors, belts, valves, etc.

- This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.
- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $21.00
- $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
