- Production Workers
- to operate machinery that manufactures stainless steel band clamps in a clean, high-volume production environment. This role involves machine operation, quality inspection, and packaging from start to finish.
- Key Responsibilities
- + Operate production machinery to manufacture stainless steel clamps + Run up to
- two machines simultaneously
- once trained + Load raw materials into machines following safety guidelines + Perform
- quality checks
- to ensure products meet specifications + Make minor mechanical adjustments to maintain performance + Monitor machines continuously during operation + Report any equipment malfunctions or defects + Package finished products and label them accurately + Prepare tools and materials at the start of each shift + Follow all safety, housekeeping, and production standards + Progress from operating one machine to multiple machines over time •Requirements•+ Minimum •6 months of machine operation experience•in manufacturing or similar environment + Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks + Basic mechanical aptitude + Strong attention to detail + Ability to follow written and verbal instructions + Comfortable working in a •loud manufacturing environment•Preferred Qualifications•+ Experience as a production worker or machine operator + Experience in high-volume manufacturing or packaging + Willingness to learn multiple machines + Strong communication and teamwork skills + Ability to work independently after training •Why Join Us?

- The pay range for this position is $21.00
