Quality Control Lead - Bilingual (2nd Shift) The Employment Firm Denver, CO Job Details Temp-to-hire | Full-time $20.75 an hour 15 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Qualifications Spanish Teamwork Basic math English Manufacturing facility Full Job Description Now Hiring - Immediate Opening We are looking for a Line Lead - Quality Control (2nd Shift) to join our production team. This is a hands-on role supporting packaging operations, ensuring product quality, and helping keep production lines running smoothly. If you have experience in manufacturing, quality control, or production leadership—and you enjoy a fast-paced environment—this could be a great fit. What You'll Do Perform routine quality checks every 15-30 minutes (torque, fill weight, lot codes, and more) Inspect products at every stage of the packaging process Support production teams and help resolve quality issues quickly Complete safety, 5S, and shift handoff reports Ensure materials and job packets are correct before production starts Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Work alongside production and QC leadership teams What We're Looking For Manufacturing, production, or quality control experience preferred Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures Basic math and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate clearly with team members English required (Spanish/English bilingual) Bonus Experience (Nice to Have) Liquid filling, capping, labeling, conveyors, or shrink tunnel experience Familiarity with GMP, OSHA, or 5S practices Pallet jack or warehouse tools experience Schedule & Pay 2nd Shift (Primary Opening) Monday-Thursday (occasional Friday overtime) 3:50 PM - 2:20 AM $20.75/hr + overtime opportunities Why Work Here?
