Jason, our Production Manager, is a wealth of knowledge and has the technical ability to get even the most complicated job done. Our Account Manager, Megan, has been with us for over ten years and knows many of our customers by name and how to quickly brighten a team member's day. Duties include:

Answering phone calls. Assisting customers via email and in person with questions, orders, and picking up completed projects. Calling customers when orders are completed. Organizing, inventorying, and ordering materials. Working with customers in a consultative way to suggest the best solutions for their projects. Helping to uphold company procedures. Hitting deadlines and meeting production goals. Cutting printed graphics using a variety of wall cutters, saws, and X-acto blades, as well as applying the product to substrates. Printing directly to or painting substrates for orders. Occasionally assisting the installer on off-site installs. Completing site surveys and sending in locates. Presenting a professional demeanor and image to our clients. Performing a daily clean up at the end of the day with the help of other team members. Updating center graphics to keep the center looking fresh and up-to-date. Work is mostly indoors and outdoors and requires everything from customer service to physical labor to detailed, artistic work.

Position qualifications include:

Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic math skills Able to work well under pressure to output high volume, high quality work Able to stand for long periods of time Able to lift 50 or more pounds Must have the flexibility to lean over a waist-high table and use back forth hand motions to apply vinyl letters and graphics to a substrate Able to use light power equipment Must have Colorado driver license and clean driving record

Experience:

Experience in the sign and graphics industry is a plus, but not a requirement. What we're offering: $20 to $23 per hour, depending on experience. Health insurance. 401k with matching.
