Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing & Fabrication Associate for a direct hire opportunity in Greeley, CO. The Manufacturing & Fabrication Associate will support fabrication, assembly, welding, equipment operation, quality control, and shipment preparation for specialized industrial products. Key Responsibilities

• Perform precision fabrication, mechanical assembly, and welding of industrial components to required specifications.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
• Operate fabrication and production equipment safely, efficiently, and in accordance with established procedures.
• Inspect work for quality, accuracy, and compliance with safety and industry standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, fabrication, and production teams to improve workflow and meet production deadlines.
• Package, label, and prepare completed products for shipment according to detailed specifications. Compensation and Benefits

• Pay:

  $20 to $22 per hour, based on experience and skill level.
