Summit Bodyworks is a premier builder of mobile display vehicles, mobile medical, law enforcement and other specialty vehicles. We have immediate openings for a Lead Print Production Technician. We are growing and looking for top notch candidates who want to join an outstanding team. This Lead Print Production Technician position is part of the Mammoth Graphics team and will primarily be responsible for ensuring all print production operates efficiently and effectively, yields are high, and the final product is top quality with zero defects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Work to ensure people and resources are applied in an efficient and effective manner to meeting delivery requirements while achieving quality and safety standards.

Provide leadership and line management to the team, coordinating their workload, providing support to ensure that the team delivers.

Ability to understand the production schedule and ensure the schedule is followed.

Ensure that team members follow defined procedures and comply with quality requirements.

Implement lean best practices to drive high product quality, shorten install times and reduce internal costs.

Learn all aspects of the install process.

Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

High school diploma or GED equivalent (required)Valid Driver's License and MVR in good standing.
