Schedule:

Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM 10-hour shifts Responsibilities /

Duties:

Prepare molds and materials for fiberglass production Apply fiberglass resin and matting to molds Trim, sand, and finish fiberglass products Operate hand tools and basic equipment Inspect finished products for quality Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements Requirements /

Qualifications:

Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, bending, standing) Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment Willingness to learn and take direction Strong work ethic and reliability Team player attitude Previous manufacturing or fiberglass experience is a plus (not required) Safety All duties and responsibilities must be conducted in a safe, clean and productive manner. It is a requirement to comply with all Health and Safety requirements established by JENNMAR Services.
