Part Sorter Manufacturing Summary A manufacturer of plastic valves, filters, and bulkheads in Greeley, CO, is seeking a reliable Part Sorter to support production by inspecting, sorting, and packing molded parts to ensure quality standards are met.

Position Type Full-Time Starting Pay:

17.00$ Key Responsibilities Perform visual inspection of molded plastic parts for defects or inconsistencies Sort and separate acceptable and non-conforming parts Pack finished products according to company standards Follow all quality control procedures and work instructions Maintain accurate counts and basic documentation as required Keep work area clean, organized, and safe Assist machine operators and technicians as needed Follow all safety guidelines and company policies Perform other duties as assigned Required Skills & Abilities Ability to follow instructions and procedures Strong attention to detail Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to use hands for sorting, handling, and packaging parts Ability to lift to 50 lbs as needed Basic math and counting skills Ability to distinguish color variations Reliable attendance and punctuality Preferred Skills Previous manufacturing or production experience (preferred but not required) Familiarity with quality inspection processes Work Environment Manufacturing/shop environment May include cleanroom areas Schedule 40+ hours per week Monday-Friday (8-hour shifts) Occasional weekends and overtime as needed Education High school diploma or equivalent preferred Soft Skills Dependable Detail-oriented Team player Organized Safety-conscious Positive attitude Physical Requirements Standing for long periods Repetitive hand movements Lifting, bending, and reaching as needed Compensation & Benefits Pay based on experience Paid holidays
