What You'll Do Read and interpret shop drawings with zero ambiguity Execute structural welds (FCAW, GMAW, SMAW) to code and beyond Fit, fabricate, and weld assemblies that pass inspection the first time Own your work from layout to final weld—no shortcuts, no excuses Set the standard for quality on the shop floor What You Bring Proven experience in structural steel fabrication (this is not entry-level) The ability to work independently and solve problems without direction Consistent, high-end workmanship—your welds speak for themselves Deep understanding of tolerances, distortion control, and sequencing Pride, accountability, and a reputation for getting it right the first time What Sets You Apart You don't just "burn wire"—you build pieces that look as good as they perform.
