In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating and conducting daily lottery ticket production. You will follow our operational procedures to ensure the accurate processing of all online lottery ticket sales. If you want to take initiative, enhance functionality, and enjoy finding new ways to reach our goals, we should chat! What you'll do Perform a variety of fulfillment processes and tasks, both under direction and self directed Anticipate, identify, and resolve issues that arise as a result of lottery ticket fulfillment Communicate with operations staff onsite to resolve technological issues Follow opening and closing procedures for the assigned work area. Maintain all location equipment, ensuring it remains in good working condition. Troubleshoot basic technical issues. Adhere to established operating procedures to maintain quality and consistency. Ensure production needs are met within designated timeframes Assist with special projects as required. Standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods of time performing sedentary to moderate activities.
