We are a small, local, family owned business that specializes in corporate branding. Our products and service include the widest selection of imprinted wearables and premium promotional products. Our services include Embroidery, Screen Printing, Direct To Garment Printing, Signs/Banners/ Vehicle Graphics, Heat Transfers, and Promotional Products. With this position, we are looking for a person that will mainly focus on the production aspect of the business. Below are some key items we are looking for. Duties will include assisting with all aspects of our business: Main focus will be on production of decorated apparel. On the job training will be provided.

Main responsibilities include:

operating the embroidery machine, hoop garments for embroidery, trim and quality check embroidered shirts, vinyl cutting and weeding, and heat transfer application, operating manual screen print press, and reclaiming and burning screens. Quality Control - make sure our decorated products are completed accurately and without defects. Detail Orientated- Must have the ability to pay attention to all details of completing an embroidery job. We will show you the process and train extensively, but the ideal candidate will focus on all details for a given order and then will be expected to fulfill the order without error. Multi-Tasking- This position will require the individual to perform multiple job functions at the same time and focus on the completion of multiple types of orders. Organization- We complete multiple jobs daily so the ability to stay organized and have your work area organized is critical. Our space is limited so there is a great emphasis on a clean and organized environment. Skills Enthusiastic and detail oriented individual Attendance & Attitude is everything Ability to multitask and manage time Self Starter/Ability to think about the next project or step to perform before completing the previous task Passion for learning Knowledge of imprinting/promotional product business Understanding of production procedures Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear) Work is demanding and should have the ability to work on your feet all day Attention to detail cannot be understated Teamwork and communication skills Physical stamina and strength. On your feet the majority of the day. Bilingual is a plus
