As a Parts Washer , you'll play a vital role in our manufacturing process—preparing metal components that become custom self-service kiosks used in retail, healthcare, transportation, and beyond. This is an entry-level opportunity with steady hours, strong pay, and the chance to learn valuable manufacturing skills in a growing operation. What You'll Do Unload metal components from pallets and stage them for washing Clean parts using pressure washers and other tools to remove debris, oils, and residue Inspect parts during and after cleaning to ensure they're ready for paint Organize and prepare cleaned parts for smooth transfer to the paint shop Safely move and handle heavy components—often working with a partner on larger parts Follow safety procedures to protect yourself, your teammates, and the parts Keep the wash and work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards Support general production and labor tasks to keep workflow moving efficiently Communicate clearly with teammates and supervisors about part status or issues Learn new processes and adapt as production needs evolve What We're Looking For Reliable, punctual, and ready to show up every day Comfortable with physical work in a manufacturing environment Basic mechanical aptitude or a strong willingness to learn Attention to detail—you take pride in doing the job right Ability to lift and maneuver heavy parts safely, often with a teammate Willingness to learn pressure-washing and industrial cleaning techniques Team-oriented attitude and clear communication skills Previous manufacturing or general labor experience is helpful but not required—we're happy to train motivated candidates. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
