Pay:

$22.00hr (+ $3.00 differential for 3rd shift)

Shift:

1st or 3rd shift, 6 AM-6 PM or 6 PM-6 AM A shift

• Tu, W, Sat, Sun and next week is M, Th, F. Then repeats B shift
• M, Th, F and next week is Tu, W, Sat, Sun. Then repeats C shift
• Sun, M, Th, F and next week is Tu, W, Sat. Then repeats D shift
• Sun, W, Th and next week is M, Tu, F, Sat.

Job Responsibilities:

Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Move, stage, and prep materials throughout the shop Use hand tools and basic power tools (grinders, sanders, drills, etc.) Support welders and fabricators with daily production tasks Perform basic grinding, sanding, and prep work Inspect materials for accuracy and quality Restock supplies and help maintain shop equipment

Skills/Qualifications:

Experience in general labor, construction, warehouse, or production Comfortable using tools and working around machinery Able to lift 20-40 lbs and stay active throughout the shift Willing to work both indoors and outdoors Dependable, safety‑focused, and eager to learn Any welding, grinding, or fabrication exposure is a bonus — not required Why work here?: Stable, long‑term work with a company that's growing fast Hands‑on training in welding, fabrication, and equipment operation Clear path for advancement — they promote from within Supportive team culture where hard work is recognized
