This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys the full process of producing and installing high-quality vehicle graphics, wraps, decals, fleet lettering, and large-format signage. Full-time employment is preferred, but we are open to considering the right part-time candidate with relevant experience and Saturday availability. Our company is small, steady, and family-oriented, and this position will work closely with our current fleet graphics team member to help support production, installation, and continued growth in this division. We are not looking for someone completely brand new to the industry. The ideal candidate will already have experience with installing vehicle graphics, wrap installation, large-format printing, production equipment, and design/production software. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, communicates well, and is interested in finding a long-term home with a company that values reliability, craftsmanship, and family.
Responsibilities Responsibilities may include:
Installing vehicle graphics, fleet lettering, decals, partial wraps, and full wraps Preparing vehicle surfaces for installation, including cleaning and proper placement/layout Measuring, aligning, trimming, and applying vinyl graphics with accuracy and care Assisting with removal of old graphics or adhesive when needed Operating large-format printers, plotters, laminators, and related production equipment Preparing, printing, laminating, cutting, weeding, masking, and finishing graphics Reviewing artwork, files, and production details before jobs are produced or installed Using Flexi Design software and/or other design and production software Supporting general sign production and shop workflow as needed Performing quality checks before, during, and after production/installation Driving to customer locations for certain installs Communicating clearly with team members and customers when needed Helping keep the production area organized, clean, and efficient Experience We Are Looking For Preferred experience includes: Vehicle wrap, fleet graphics, vinyl installation, or sign shop experience Experience installing large-format graphics on vehicles, trailers, windows, walls, or similar surfaces Experience operating large-format printers, plotters, laminators, and production equipment Experience using Flexi Design software Comfortable using hand tools, installation tools, ladders, and shop equipment Strong attention to detail and pride in clean, professional work Ability to work independently once trained, while also being a strong team player We are willing to train on our specific equipment, workflow, and company standards, but prior hands-on experience in wraps, vinyl graphics, print production, or sign installation is strongly preferred. Schedule Full-time employment is preferred, but part-time candidates will also be considered depending on experience, availability, and fit for the role. For full-time employees, this position generally requires availability for 40 hours per week, including Saturdays as part of the regular schedule. Part-time candidates must also have consistent Saturday availability. We understand the importance of family and life outside of work, and we are open to building a schedule that works for the right person. Depending on the needs of the business and the employee, the schedule may include: 8-hour days 10-hour days A combination of 8-hour days and 10-hour days Half days Part-time hours for the right experienced candidate Possible schedule adjustments from season to season Time off during work hours for family events and appointments Pay, Benefits & Growth Pay is $18-$25/hour, depending on experience, skill level, and the ability to contribute independently, with the opportunity for annual raises as the fleet division grows. This position has room to grow, and pay increases may follow demonstrated growth in responsibility, reliability, skill, and production value. After 6 months of employment, eligible full-time employees may receive: 401(k) retirement plan eligibility Company 401(k) match up to 4% 2 weeks of paid time off per year A taxable health insurance stipend intended to help offset a portion of the employee's individual health insurance premium Please note that the company does not currently offer a group health insurance plan. Health insurance coverage would remain the responsibility of the employee, and any stipend or compensation supplement will be paid through payroll. Requirements Applicants must:
Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record Be able to drive to customer locations for installations Be able to pass a background check and drug test Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment Be able to lift up to 75 pounds independently and up to 100 pounds with assistance when needed Be comfortable standing, bending, reaching, kneeling, and working around vehicles or production equipment Be available to work Saturdays About Us We are a small family-owned sign company with strong family values.
