This role is critical to the production of high-quality flux products and supports daily manufacturing operations by preparing batches, maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring compliance with internal quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is hands-on, quality-focused, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Key ResponsibilitiesProduction & Preparation Accurately mix and process flux batches according to established formulations, work instructions, and safety guidelines. Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of raw materials and finished products. Support pilot batches and assist with D&D sample preparation as needed. Documentation & Compliance Complete batch records, test reports, and production documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain records in accordance with company quality systems and regulatory requirements. Collaboration & Problem Solving Work closely with Quality Control and D&D teams to troubleshoot product and process issues. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to support production schedules and objectives. Equipment Operation & Safety Safely operate production equipment, including mixers and mills. Follow all company safety protocols, 5S standards, and environmental handling requirements associated with ISO and IATF standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Continuous Improvement Identify and support process improvements that enhance efficiency, consistency, and product quality. Assist with implementing best practices across flux production operations. Perform other duties as assigned to support production and quality objectives. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or manufacturing experience preferred. Experience working in a manufacturing, chemical processing, or production environment is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. Ability to follow written procedures and accurately complete documentation. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Basic computer skills and familiarity with production documentation systems preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift and move materials in accordance with company guidelines. Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment and use required personal protective equipment (PPE). Schedule This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexibility depending on business needs. Why Join Us?
