Position Summary Legere Group is seeking an experienced Billing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate has construction industry experience, strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and is highly self-motivated. In this role, you will manage billing for multiple projects, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely payment collection while collaborating with project managers, clients, and subcontractors. Responsibilities Prepare monthly

billing applications, including schedules of values (SOV), lien waivers, stored materials, and related documentation. Manage and coordinate online billing portals (e.g., Textura, GC Pay). Communicate effectively with Project Managers regarding contract documents, change orders, approvals, and other billing-related matters. Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure timely submission and processing of project information. Administer subcontracts, including contract execution and change order processing. Manage subcontractor compliance related to payment requisitions, lien releases, and certificates of insurance (COI) tracking. Preferred Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction management, including AIA billing, SOVs, and lien waivers. Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to interpret Excel formulas to analyze data and improve workflow efficiency. Project accounting and collections experience within the construction industry. Positive, professional attitude with strong people skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and record-keeping skills. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
