In this vital role, you will be instrumental in assembling, fabricating, and inspecting precision components used in aircraft and spacecraft. • 27 hr. DOE Paid Weekly Deform Operator (1st Shift)
• Aerospace We are seeking a skilled and detail oriented Deform Operator to join our growing aerospace manufacturing team.

This role is critical to our production process, as all locknuts require multiple deform/crimping operations. With increasing demand, this position has become a dedicated, full-time opportunity for a technically proficient operator. Key Responsibilities Perform deforming/crimping operations on aerospace locknuts in accordance with specifications Ensure all parts meet strict quality and precision standards Interpret and follow blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Accurately measure components using precision tools Maintain consistency and efficiency in a high-volume production environment Adhere to all safety and quality protocols Qualifications Technical aptitude with experience using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.) Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation Strong understanding of torque specifications and acceptable value ranges High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift Why Join Us Opportunity to work in a growing aerospace environment Hands-on role with a direct impact on product quality and performance Stable, full-time position with long-term growth potential Join us in shaping the future of aerospace technology!
