Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Hard Cider Production Assistant and become a vital part of crafting high-quality, flavorful hard ciders. This energetic role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment dedicated to innovation and excellence. You will support the entire production process, ensuring that safety, sanitation, and quality standards are met at every stage. If you're passionate about beverage manufacturing and eager to develop your skills in craft beverage production, this position is perfect for you! Duties Assist with the preparation and sanitation of equipment, tanks, and production areas following strict food safety Support fermentation, blending, and packaging processes by monitoring operations and ensuring adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). Operate machinery such as pumps, valves, and cleaning systems with mechanical knowledge to maintain smooth production flow. Help with packaging tasks including filling bottles or , labeling, and palletizing finished products. Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse and production areas through regular sanitation Conduct quality checks throughout production to ensure product consistency and compliance with food safety standards. Experience Previous experience in manufacturing or food industry environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with sanitation procedures. Mechanical knowledge or experience operating brewing or packaging equipment is a plus. Passion for craft beverages or brewing—is beneficial but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is key! Strong attention to detail, commitment to food safety practices, and ability to follow detailed instructions are essential qualities for success in this role.
