Production Associate

Job Title:

Production Associate Job Description Join our dynamic team as a Production Associate where you will assist machine operators in a clean room environment while undergoing training. You will conduct quality inspections every 30 minutes, take detailed notes, and clean the machines as needed. This role offers a comprehensive training program to become a machine operator within 4-6 months. Responsibilities Assist machine operators in a clean room environment during training. Conduct quality inspections every 30 minutes and take detailed notes. Clean machines when necessary. Participate in a 4-6 month training program to become a machine operator. Essential Skills Ability to read and understand English. Attention to detail, some mechanical experience, including experience with hand and power tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in machine operating is preferred but not required General production, machine operating, quality control, general labor, assembly, retail sales, customer service, and packaging skills are beneficial. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
