Responsibilities Assemble small and precise parts with attention to detail. Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality. Operate and maintain basic machinery for production tasks. Support everyday production activities in a clean environment. Follow detailed instructions to meet production standards. Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment. Essential Skills Attention to detail for handling small parts. Ability to follow detailed instructions. Basic mechanical aptitude. Capability to use or learn precision measuring tools. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Reliability and a strong work ethic. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or assembly work. Comfortable using hand tools or small equipment. Basic math skills including measuring and counting. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
