Cleanroom Production Operator Job Description Join a team that specializes in designing and molding high-quality plastic and injection molding solutions. With a focus on 2-Shot and liquid silicone molding, the team employs advanced technologies to deliver exceptional products. We are seeking ambitious general production workers to fill 15 openings, contributing to our expanding operations. Responsibilities Operate injection molding machines, package products, label items, and perform cycle counting. Visually inspect and assemble parts, ensuring they meet quality specifications and are free from critical visual and dimensional defects. Utilize route sheets and work instructions to ensure parts meet customer and internal requirements. Remove parts from injection molding machines during gate tended operations. Perform routine cleaning of machines and work areas. Account for and record production and scrap counts. Essential Skills Production and general labor experience. Machine operation skills. Mechanical skills, particularly in automotive and production associate roles. Ability to speak, read, and write English. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in basic math. Capability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 30 lbs. Additional Skills & Qualifications Working knowledge of SmartSheet and IQMS. Prior manufacturing experience. The work is in a fast-paced setting requiring multitasking across four machines simultaneously. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Enfield, CT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
