Work Schedule Second Shift (Afternoons) Environmental Conditions Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

As a Production Operator, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world A day in theLife:
Operating cartridge equipment to pleat, trim, cut seal membrane media, sub assemble, cap, final assembly, testing, drying and packaging of cartridges. Performing various production operations including the operating of multiple machines, where it can be done safely, and filling in on positions throughout manufacturing operations as required. Observing all company and OSHA safety rules and practices. Keeping the work area clean and orderly. Assisting in change over and setup on production line and equipment. Assisting other department members as needed to ensure safety and maximize output. Assisting in the training of other employees as necessary. Completing quality checks and, if a discrepancy is found, working with appropriate team members to solve the problem. Possessing the ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts. Keys toSuccess:
Education Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start). Experience 3+ years or more of plant, manufacturing, and/or warehouse experience Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Ability to work 2nd Shift (Friday Afternoon; 3pm - 11:15 pm) Ability to work weekends, overtime, or holidays as needed. Ability to lift up to 55 pounds unassisted and up to 70 pounds with assistance. Post-high school education Basic computer knowledge Good communication skills Compensation and Benefits The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Connecticut is $24.32-$36.49. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
