Job Description:
We are currently seeking dependable and motivated Bilingual Production Workers (English/Spanish) to join our 2nd shift team. This position is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations by assembling, packaging, inspecting, and preparing products for distribution. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities Operate production equipment safely and efficiently Assemble, package, label, and inspect products according to company standards Perform quality checks to ensure product accuracy and compliance Follow production schedules to meet daily quotas Maintain a clean and organized work area Adherent to all company safety policies and procedures Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members in both English and Spanish Assist with loading, unloading, and material handling as needed Requirements Must be bilingual (English and Spanish) 1+ year of production or warehouse experience preferred Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs.
