Production Clerk

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Clerk to support daily manufacturing operations by monitoring dispatch lists, maintaining production logs, and documenting necessary information into a computerized system. This role aids in serving production with the necessary tools/paperwork to perform their job on time. Any training necessary to perform the job properly will be provided. Key Responsibilities Monitor and maintain daily dispatch lists to ensure jobs are started on time Track production status and update logs as needed Prepare and organize paperwork for starting jobs Assist with inventory tracking and material availability Maintain accurate records of production output and dispatch activity Support general administrative tasks within the production department including physically handling hardware or material. Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, etc.) (Training provided as needed) Good communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Balance both hands on and computer tasks Work Environment Manufacturing or production facility (office/shop floor mix) Frequent interaction with production staff and supervisors May require standing or walking on the shop floor periodically Position Applying For
