Life:

Operate production equipment and address mechanical issues Perform quality tests and maintain accurate records Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

1+ year of basic knowledge of machinery preferred. Experience with production equipment is a plus. Familiarity with quality testing.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Basic math skills including use of formulas, decimals, and fractions. Knowledge of simple measuring devices. Ability to stand continuously for an 8-hour period. Must be able to lift 40 lbs. occasionally. Physical Requirements /

Work Environment:

This role entails standing for long periods, operating machinery, and handling materials. You must be able to work in a dynamic and sometimes fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Connecticut is $15.26-$22.88. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
