Production Associate

Production Associate / Manufacturing Worker We're looking for a reliable, hands-on person to join our small team building custom aluminum windows at our shop in North Grosvenordale, CT. If you've got experience working with tools or in a manufacturing environment, and you're looking for steady, full-time work with a laid-back crew — this could be a great fit.

What You'll Be Doing:

Help build and assemble aluminum window units Use tools and machinery (we'll train you on what you don't know) Follow instructions and work alongside a team of 5 Assist with keeping jobs organized and the shop running smoothly Inspect products and help maintain quality standards

What We're Looking For:

At least 5 years experience in manufacturing, construction, or working with machinery Comfortable using hand tools and power tools Willingness to learn and follow directions Team player with a good work ethic Dependable, on time, and ready to work

Schedule & Pay:

Full-time:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30

PM Pay:

$23-$27 per hour, depending on experience
