Production Assistant - Tarp Manufacturing

Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced tarp manufacturing environment. This role supports daily production operations, ensuring materials are prepared, products meet quality standards, and workflow remains efficient. Key Responsibilities Assist in the production of custom tarps based on specific measurements and patterns Measure, cut, and prepare materials accurately Support machine operators and production leads as needed Perform basic quality checks to ensure products meet company standards Package and prepare finished products for shipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety procedures and company policies Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Qualifications Previous manufacturing or production experience Ability to read a tape measure and follow instructions accurately Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn and take direction Dependable with strong work ethic Forklift experience is a plus! Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
