Seasonal Production Associate

Build the Cyclone Rake — the premium leaf and lawn vacuum sold direct-to-consumer across the US. Woodland Power Products is hiring seasonal Production Associates for our busiest season. You'll work on a small, tight-knit production team alongside experienced operators, learning multiple stations across our assembly, pick/pack, and shipping operations. This is hands-on work in a real manufacturing environment. We make a substantial outdoor power product that lasts customers for decades. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Work across multiple production stations — rotating based on daily build priorities Pick, pack, and ship customer orders during peak season Follow standard work procedures and quality inspection requirements Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area (5S standards) Operate basic hand tools and assembly equipment Verify completed work meets specifications before passing to the next station Communicate clearly with your team lead about issues or quality concerns Follow all PPE requirements

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Reliable attendance — peak season requires consistent show-up Comfort working with your hands and standing for extended periods (8-hour shifts) Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally; frequent reaching, stooping, and walking Attention to detail — quality matters in everything we ship Willingness to follow standard work procedures and ask questions when unclear Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) — safety glasses, steel-toe shoes, etc.

) Prior manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience Mechanical aptitude — you've worked on a vehicle, lawn equipment, or similar in the past Forklift certification (not required but valued)

WORK ENVIRONMENT

On-site at our West Haven, CT facility Single day shift — Monday through Friday, occasional Saturday during peak Manufacturing floor environment — exposed to moving mechanical parts and moderate to loud noise levels PPE provided where required Climate-controlled work areas where practical
