Full-Time Customization Associates (Embroidery & Heat Transfer Machine Operators) for our Philadelphia, PA distribution center. This role is ideal for detail-oriented team players with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, especially during our high-volume back-to-school season. Position Overview As a Customization Associate, you may be responsible for: Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment
Folding and organizing garments
Applying heat transfers and embroidered logos to school uniforms
Setting up and operating embroidery machines
Hooping garments, trimming threads, and finishing products
Verifying order accuracy and logging work orders
Supporting efficient customization and order fulfillment processes This position plays a key role in ensuring timely delivery of customized school uniforms, particularly during peak back-to-school months. Requirements Strong attention to detail and a team-first mindset
Positive, flexible attitude
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to climb ladders and lift boxes
Basic English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking)
Ability to thread a needle and distinguish between thread colors and styles
Availability for daytime and/or evening shifts
Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays during peak season (August-September preferred)
