We make approachably priced, thoughtfully crafted, and consistently delicious spirits for our friends & yours. Position Summary We are seeking a part-time Production Assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on role in a dynamic craft distillery setting, offering opportunities to gain valuable experience in production and professional development focused on building skills to become a distiller. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, thrives in a team environment, and is eager to learn the craft spirits industry from the ground up. ResponsibilitiesProduction Duties Execute production tasks such as bottling, packaging, and labeling products with precision and efficiency. Work diligently to meet daily and weekly production goals while maintaining Republic Restoratives' standards for quality. Monitor product flow and quality, ensuring finished products meet Republic Restoratives' high standards. Conduct inventory counts, organize materials, and communicate supply needs proactively to avoid delays. Assist with routine maintenance of equipment and ensure the workspace is clean, orderly, and sanitary. Suggest and implement improvements to processes to increase efficiency and productivity. Professional Development Receive hands-on training in the fundamentals of distillation, including mashing, fermentation, and distillation processes. Learn equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting essential to producing high-quality spirits. Participate in quality control procedures and gain an understanding of product consistency and flavor profiling. Work closely with the production team to develop a deep understanding of craft distilling practices.
Qualifications Physical Requirements:
Ability to repeatedly lift and maneuver 50 lb sacks of materials, bend, kneel, reach, and stand or walk for extended periods.

Flexibility to support changing production priorities as needed.
Experience:
Prior experience in a production, manufacturing, warehouse, food and beverage, or related environment is preferred but not required.
Schedule and Compensation Hours:
Part-time, approximately 20-30 hours per week. Schedule to be determined based on production needs.
Pay:
