Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities Oversee work at various stations along the production lines processing poultry food products. Adhere to all safety requirements including PPE, preventing, and reporting unsafe acts and conditions, Lockout-Tagout procedures, and Process Safety Management related matters. Ensure that the qualities of the products are met according to the product specifications of QA and USDA. Ensure that all equipment throughout the departments is running smoothly. Maintains a clean and safe working environment. Lead and train line team members. Monitor production lines for efficiency and quality. Implement safety protocols and report incidents.
