Production Worker

Duties Operate various machinery and equipment used in food processing and packaging with precision and care Follow all USDA regulations, HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) standards to ensure food safety and quality Assist in sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and compliant food production environment Measure ingredients or components accurately using basic math skills to support consistent product quality Pack finished products efficiently while ensuring proper labeling and packaging standards are met Conduct routine quality checks and report any deviations or issues immediately to supervisors Support the maintenance of a safe work environment by following safety protocols and participating in sanitation efforts Requirements Prior experience in food production, manufacturing, or food processing plant preferred but not required; training will be provided Mechanical knowledge or experience operating food processing equipment is a plus Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for measurements and quality checks Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during shifts in a busy food industry setting Join us in producing high-quality food products while working in a vibrant team-oriented environment!
