Production Operator

Hiring Production Operators in New Castle, DE $19.50/hour Weekly Pay! Dupont Schedule We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will assist operators in the production process, ensuring that all materials meet specified standards. Additionally, the role involves using a sit-down forklift to stage materials approximately 10% of the time. Responsibilities Assist operators in the production of materials according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently. Monitor production processes to ensure materials meet specifications. Perform quality checks and document results. Use a sit-down forklift to stage materials as needed (approximately 10% of the time). Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety protocols and procedures. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Report any issues or discrepancies to operators or management. Essential Skills Manufacturing/Production Experience. Ability to learn and adapt quickly after training. Good attendance and ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts. Experience with sit-down forklift operation. Why Work Here?
