About the Role We are seeking a motivated, mechanically inclined Offset Press Operator who thrives in a fast-paced production environment. This role is critical to producing high-quality, color-accurate printed materials using Heidelberg sheetfed press technology. We are hiring both full-time and part-time experienced sheetfed press operators (Heidelberg experience preferred). The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong focus on quality, the ability to work efficiently under pressure, and a mindset of proactive, blameless problem-solving.

Competitive and negotiable based on experience What You'll Do Key responsibilities include: Operate Heidelberg sheetfed offset press Read and interpret job specifications and production tickets Ensure safe and efficient operation of press equipment Maintain accurate and consistent color throughout production runs Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal press performance Follow company quality control procedures Adhere to all safety regulations and housekeeping standards Communicate effectively with team members and production staff What We're Looking For Minimum of 3 years of offset press experience in a commercial printing environment (Heidelberg preferred) Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Working knowledge of hand tools Ability to read and interpret job tickets and production instructions accurately High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 75 pounds Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment Why Associates International?
