Stream2Sea Headquarters, Bowling Green, FL Job Summary Stream2Sea is seeking a detail-oriented Production Associate to support the batching, mixing, and manufacturing of our environmentally safe personal care and sunscreen products. This hands-on role is responsible for accurately weighing ingredients, following batch records, operating manufacturing equipment, maintaining clean and organized work areas, and supporting quality and GMP-compliant production. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where accuracy matters. Key Responsibilities Weigh, measure, and prepare raw materials according to approved batch records and formulas. Manufacture product batches following Standard Operating Procedures. Operate mixing, blending, heating, and other production equipment safely. Verify ingredient lot numbers, quantities, and documentation before and during production. Perform basic in-process checks to support product quality and consistency. Complete production records accurately and in compliance with GMP requirements. Clean, sanitize, and maintain equipment, tools, and production areas. Stage raw materials and packaging components for production runs. Assist with filling, labeling, packaging, receiving, inventory organization, and other production tasks as needed. Report quality concerns, equipment issues, safety hazards, or deviations promptly. Work closely with Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Operations team members. Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions precisely. Ability to perform accurate measurements and basic math calculations. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn production equipment. Strong organizational skills and commitment to accurate documentation. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday. Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment, raw materials, and required PPE. Dependable, team-oriented, and safety-conscious. Preferred Experience in cosmetics, personal care, sunscreen, pharmaceutical, food, chemical, or other manufacturing environments. Experience working in a GMP-regulated facility. Forklift certification or warehouse experience. Familiarity with inventory systems, production records, or batch documentation. Physical Requirements This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling materials up to 60 pounds. The role is performed in a manufacturing environment that may include varying temperatures, noise levels, raw materials, and production equipment. PPE may be required. Why Join Stream2Sea?
