Production Worker

Saturday & Sunday 1st shift-7:45am-4:00pm @ $16.00/hr 2nd shift-3:45pm-12:00am-@$17.00/hr 3rd shift-11:45pm-8am-@$18.00/hr Please note: You must be available to train on the Friday right before you start. We are looking for reliable Machine Operators to set up and run automatic and semi-automatic molding machinery. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient running of production jobs while maintaining strict safety standards. Responsibilities:

Set up and operate automatic and semi-automatic molding machinery. Ensure the efficient, smooth running of assigned production jobs to maximize efficiency. Monitor machine operations to maintain high-quality outputs and minimize waste. Adhere strictly to all company safety standards and workplace procedures. Collaborate closely with co-workers and team members to meet daily production goals.

Skills:

A strong willingness to learn and the ability to follow detailed instructions. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. A positive attitude and a reliable, consistent work ethic. Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus, but not required (we will train the right candidate!).

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail to catch production errors or machine issues. Basic troubleshooting skills and physical stamina required for a manufacturing floor.
