Job Description

Position Summary:
The Production I is responsible for performing core production and warehouse operations — including garment picking and preparation, heat-applied transfer application, and order picker lift (WAV) operation. This is a hands-on, learning-focused role: a Production I works under direct guidance from senior team members, follows Standard Work Instructions and SOPs as written, and is developing toward broader proficiency across the production floor. Safety, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are baseline expectations. Key Responsibilities Health and Safety Prioritize safety in every task and follow all company safety procedures without exception. Operate order picker lifts (WAVs) safely; only after certification or company training. Maintain a clean, organized work area as a foundation for safe production. Report hazards, near-misses, and unsafe conditions immediately. Job Requirements Pick and prepare garments for the imprinting process — the core day-to-day work. Learn and perform heat-applied transfer application processes. Operate order picker lifts (WAVs) to move inventory and finished goods. Use computers and tablets to navigate Production Job and Warehouse Management systems. Follow Standard Work Instructions, Job Breakdown Sheets, and SOPs as written. Support the broader production team as workload and schedule demand. Qualifications Education High school diploma or GED preferred; not required. Experience No prior experience required. Any production, warehouse, manufacturing, or apparel decoration exposure a plus. We hire for culture fit — we'll train and certify the right candidate. Skills Comfortable using computers and tablets; willing to learn new production and inventory software. Reads and follows written work instructions and safety procedures in English; communicates clearly verbally and in writing. Strong attention to detail. Organized, team-oriented, and effective in day-to-day communication. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts to shifting priorities. Open to feedback and willing to bring ideas that make the work better. Working Conditions Manufacturing and warehouse environment with active production equipment.
Two shift options:
6:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. On feet for the full shift. Regularly lifts and moves objects up to 35 lbs.; occasionally up to 50 lbs. Overtime is typical, especially during peak production periods.
Standard shop-floor conditions:
noise, equipment heat, and movement of material handling equipment throughout the day.
