In this role, you will be integral to transforming raw materials into precise, high-quality components through a variety of fabrication processes. Your expertise will help ensure that products meet strict specifications and quality standards, supporting our commitment to excellence and innovation. Duties Operate and maintain electrical discharge machining equipment to shape and form metal and sheet materials. Read and interpret detailed blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to accurately produce parts and assemblies. Use hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring instruments for quality inspection and dimensional verification of fabricated components. Perform welding tasks using various techniques to join metal parts securely while adhering to safety standards. Conduct routine maintenance on fabrication tools and machinery to maximize efficiency and safety during operations. Assist in assembly processes by fitting fabricated parts together accurately according to specifications. Maintain detailed records of production activities, inspections, and quality checks to ensure compliance with standards.

Requirements :

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings confidently. Skilled in using hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments for quality assurance. Knowledge of welding techniques and safety procedures is highly desirable. Ability to perform basic math calculations related to measurements and dimensions accurately. Familiarity with manufacturing processes including sheet metal fabrication and tooling setup. Valid certification or experience operating forklifts and cranes is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality inspection and adherence to safety protocols.

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
