Manufacturing Associate

Job Summary:

Royal Manufacturing is currently hiring a dependable and motivated Production Worker to join our team in Clearwater, Florida . This role supports the production of high-quality acrylic products—including bathtubs, and shower bases. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their work, and values teamwork and safety. Qualifications Previous experience in general construction or general labor in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required. Proficiency in operating various power tools and equipment a plus Be able to work safely and unsupervised continually. Physical ability to reach, lift, bend, kneel, and stoop. Ability to lift 50 lbs. repetitively. Quick learner with strong attention to detail. Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills. Reliable, punctual, and able to work under pressure. Pass background screening and drug test. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Education/Experience At least 6 months of previous experience in general construction or general labor in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required.
