Production Team Lead - Second Shift

Royal Manufacturing is seeking an experienced and motivated Production Team Lead to join our team in Clearwater, Florida. In this hands-on leadership role, you will help coordinate daily production activities, support and mentor team members, and ensure we consistently meet our safety, quality, and productivity goals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong manufacturing experience who enjoys leading by example and working alongside the production team to build high-quality acrylic bathtubs and shower bases. What You'll Do Coordinate daily workflow and help ensure production schedules are met Assign tasks and work alongside team members on the production floor Train, coach, and mentor employees on safety, quality, and best practices Monitor product quality and ensure standards are maintained Troubleshoot basic equipment and production issues Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members Promote a clean, safe, and organized work environment Assist with moving materials and products throughout the facility Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing or production experience Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to read measurements and work with dimensions accurately Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Reliable, dependable, and results-oriented Must pass a background check and drug screening Schedule Requirements Must be available to work second shift: 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM Must be flexible to work overtime as needed Must be available to work weekends when required Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and reaching Ability to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment Language Requirements English is required Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Compensation & Benefits We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including: Weekly Pay - Every Friday Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Life Insurance and grow your career with Royal Manufacturing!
