  • Full-time Job Overview We are hiring Manufacturing Assemblers and Laminators to join a growing production team in Edgewater, FL.
These are hands-on, entry-level roles with full training provided. If you have experience working with tools, enjoy building products, or are looking to start a career in manufacturing, this is a great opportunity to grow with a stable company. Responsibilities Assemble and build components using basic hand and power tools Work with materials such as fiberglass, resins, and composite parts Assist with product finishing, including sanding, buffing, and repairs Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met Follow simple instructions and work as part of a team Maintain a clean and organized work area
What We're Looking For:
Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented Comfortable using tools or willingness to learn Ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment Hands-on mindset with a willingness to develop new skills Preferred Backgrounds (Not Required): Candidates with experience in the following are encouraged to apply: Construction or general labor Landscaping Carpentry or drywall Installation work Warehouse or production Restaurant industry (line cook, prep, dishwasher) Any hands-on or mechanical experience
Work Environment :
