Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Electro mechanical production technician to join our manufacturing/Assembly team at our Warehouse/Factory. You will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of using, maintaining and repairing/fixing various types of equipment (automated packing lines, air compressors, industrial mixers, pallet jacks...) and warehouse organization. That includes sourcing parts for replacement on machines. You may have to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. Starting salary $21.00 per hour for 3 months during training period. Negotiable thereafter. Acceptamos candidatos hispanohablante.
Duties:
  • Responsible for safely and efficiently operate, maintain and repair/fix tooling & equipment:
  • Ensure the smooth and efficient running of production machines
  • Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
  • Carry out inspections of the facility to identify and resolve issues
  • Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
  • Keep maintenance logs and reports on daily activities
  • Troubleshoot and fix possible issues during the shift and the production cycle
  • Help building, assembling and packing orders for shipment with accuracy and timeliness
  • Help office perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records of materials
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, tidy and organized warehouse environment
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
  • Opportunity to grow and manage warehouse/small factory
Qualifications:
  • Good knowledge of electro-mechanics to perform maintenance and repairs on production tools/machines
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good command of English and Spanish
