As the Pattern Maker, you will draft, modify, and refine detailed patterns to ensure strict adherence to exact technical specifications. You will collaborate closely with the design team to interpret creative concepts, participate in garment fittings to perfect functionality, and ensure all patterns align seamlessly with local manufacturing requirements. Additionally, you will maintain organized pattern archives to support data-driven production timelines and contribute your insights during collaborative design brainstorming sessions.
