To perform this role successfully, all duties must be completed accurately and in a timely manner. Production team members assist the Table Leader in the assembly of Roof Trusses and may be responsible for tasks including lifting and carrying lumber, inserting materials, cutting materials, plating, clamping, fitting parts, labeling, stacking, and operating hand tools such as hammers and other machinery. Additional duties may be assigned as needed. No supervisory responsibilities No travel required Weekly payTraining Program Schedule:
The Paid Production Training Program takes place during the first week of employment, Monday through Friday, from 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Training includes hands-on production instruction, safety training, and an introduction to company policies and culture. Employees who successfully complete Production Training Week will transition to a regular work schedule beginning the following week.Requirements and Skills:
Construction, Carpentry, and General Labor experience preferred, but not required-Training program offered. High School graduate preferred, but not required. Must be Drug & Alcohol Free- We are a Drug & Alcohol-Free Facility Authorized to work in the U.S. Must be fluent in English or Spanish.Work Environment:
This job operates in a manufacturing site environment. Exposure to inclement weather and loud noise, all work will be performed outside.Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job the employee will be required to frequently stand on their feet for extended periods of time. Must have the ability to lift and/or move up to 100 lbs. It requires close vision, and depth perception three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships. Must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel, talk and hear.Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
Full-Time, non-exempt position (no part-time) Monday-Friday, 5:30 AM-2 PM, 40Hours Personal Protective Equipment:
