Hollywood, Florida Buen Pastor Dental is currently seeking a motivated, experienced, and production-driven General Dentist for immediate temporary coverage on the following dates: May 22 This is an excellent opportunity for a doctor looking to work in a busy, established clinic environment with a strong patient flow and immediate earning potential.
Compensation Structure:
Paid on production 35% of collections/production Daily patient flow averaging approximately 8-15 patients per day We are seeking a doctor who is: ✔ Confident in diagnosing and presenting treatment ✔ Comfortable in a fast-paced clinical environment ✔ Professional, reliable, and patient-focused ✔ Motivated to produce and maximize opportunity ✔ Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Our clinic offers: Established patient base Supportive team environment Immediate schedule availability Opportunity for future coverage dates and ongoing collaboration Immediate interviews available. Interviews will be conducted Wednesday starting at 10:00 AM. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply immediately for prompt consideration.
