Weighs, bags, grinds, labels, and packs packages coffee. Assist in the roasting preparation and production.Lifting of green, feeding beans into the hopper, oversight of the roaster profiles and schedule. Performs routine cleaning and maintenance of all coffee roastery & production equipment
Other Responsibilities:
Participates in daily cupping to ensure quality output.Other duties as assigned by management.
Assists in the shipping of goods as neededCommunicates inventory levels to the manager.
