We are looking for someone who can personally produce signs while also organizing priorities, choosing materials, checking quality, and coordinating daily tasks . The priority is producing signs correctly, efficiently, and on time through wide-format printing, vinyl, lamination, mounting, trimming, finishing, production file adjustments, and practical production decisions. Key Responsibilities Operate wide-format printers and prepare production files.

Produce and finish signs:

vinyl cutting, weeding, masking, lamination, mounting, trimming, and application Choose appropriate materials and production methods based on each job Organize daily production priorities and coordinate tasks with another production team member Check quality, keep jobs moving, and communicate issues before they become problems What We're Looking For 2+ years of sign shop or wide-format production experience preferred Strong hands-on experience with printing, vinyl, lamination, mounting, and finishing Good judgment with materials, production methods, and job flow Reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and quality-driven Able to work independently and take ownership of the daily production flow CNC router, ADA signage, vehicle graphics, and installation experience are a plus Compensation & Benefits $$48,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and independence Productivity / performance bonus available Paid time off Monday-Friday schedule Growth opportunity with an established sign company
