Job Description

An embroidery operator is a skilled professional who operates computerized embroidery machines to create decorative designs on various textiles. They are responsible for the entire embroidery process, from setting up the machine and loading materials to monitoring the operation and ensuring quality control. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with textiles and has an eye for detail. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
Responsibilities:
Reading Purchase Orders and understanding what is required. Setting up and operating embroidery machine, Tajima 8 head 15 needle machine. Prepare and load materials, including garments and thread colors, into the embroidery machine. Monitor the embroidery process to ensure quality and accuracy Perform routine machine and maintenance and troubleshooting as needed Work with the sales team for design placement and alignment on different textile items Maintain a clean and organized workspace . Keep an inventory of embroidery supplies and request restocking when necessary . Work collaboratively with the embroidery team to meet production goals and deadlines. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience running these Tajima embroidery machines is preferred but not necessary. Salary dependent on experience. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials when necessary. Punctuality and reliability are essential.
