PRIMARY DUTIES

• Assemble sheet metal parts using hand tools and production machinery
• Operate production machinery including but not limited to roll formers, punch presses, rivet machines, spot welders, and pipe rolling equipment
• Measure materials accurately using a tape measure
• Cut and form sheet metal according to specifications
• Inspect parts to ensure proper fit, form, and function
• Move and transport materials throughout production
• Follow all safety policies and PPE requirements
• Support other departments as needed

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB

• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
• Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, and twisting
• Ability to lift up to 40-50 pounds regularly
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled (hot) environment

TOOLS, EQUIPMENT, AND MATERIALS USED

• Production machinery including but not limited to roll forming machines, press brakes, punch presses, spot welders, pneumatic tools, pipe rolling equipment, and Gorelock machines
• Hand tools including hammers and utility knives
• Tape measure

JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Must be able to accurately read and use a tape measure
• Basic math skills required (measurement and calculations)
• Ability to follow instructions and production prints
• Strong attention to detail

MINIMUM EXPECTATIONS

• Manufacturing/production experience preferred
• Reliable transportation

SCHEDULE & PAY

• 2nd Shift (3PM until complete (around 11PM-1:30AM) Monday-Friday (and some Saturday)
