Embroidery Machine Operator Responsibilities:

Operate commercial embroidery machines. Load and hoop garments accurately for stitching. Read and interpret work orders, design sheets, and thread color charts. Thread needles and program machine settings as required. Perform routine machine maintenance (cleaning, oiling, tension adjustments). Diagnose and resolve machine issues promptly. Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency. Collaborate with the production team to meet daily quotas and deadlines. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
